We want you to love your piece from the moment it arrives.

If it’s not quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, no pressure, no rush.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Easy Returns
Simply email us at inquire@altoloma.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exchanges, Made Simple
Looking for a different color or style? We’re happy to help you find the right piece.

Refunds
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

A Few Notes

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return
• If anything arrives less than perfect, let us know within 48 hours; we’ll take care of it
