Shipping policy

At ALTO LOMA, delivery is an extension of the experience. Each piece is prepared with care, presented with intention, and entrusted to select carriers to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it leaves us.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of elevated demand, processing may extend slightly; however, we remain attentive to every order and will communicate any meaningful delays.

Shipping Methods & Timing

Every order ships by standard delivery and generally arrives within 3–5 business days once dispatched.

All shipments are fully traceable. Once your order departs, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details to follow its journey.

Complimentary Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on every ALTO LOMA throw within the United States.

International Delivery

At present, ALTO LOMA ships within the United States. We look forward to welcoming clients further afield soon.

Packaging & Presentation

Every ALTO LOMA throw arrives in an heirloom-quality gift box, ready to give, and is carefully protected in transit. Our packaging reflects the same commitment to refinement and quality as the piece within.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We kindly ask that all shipping details are reviewed carefully prior to placing your order. ALTO LOMA is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Assurance

Once an order has been entrusted to the carrier, responsibility transfers accordingly. However, should any issue arise in transit, our team is available to assist in resolving the matter with urgency and care.
